New projects are released across multiple topics. You sign up for what interests you most and can pause during exam periods. Complete flexibility to learn at your own pace.

Small Teams, Guided by Mentors

Work in agile cohorts of 4–5 analysts with direct guidance from a mentor who will help in every step. Work with teammates and learn together.

No prior finance background is required. We evaluate intellectual curiosity, motivation, and the willingness to learn in team environments.

Pick any real PE or VC transaction (historical or recent) that genuinely sparks your interest.

Analyze the Core

Research the macro context, key players, transaction rationale, and strategic value creation. It is essential that you thoroughly understand the business and deal mechanics.

Complete the Report

Follow the provided template below. No need to maintain aesthetics, just follow the structure. Include a short motivation note: Why do you want to join the club? (Don't use AI for this one!)
